Small North Devon Slipware Jug
A small north Devon slipware jug with scraffito decoration displaying flowers, leaves and a bird. A very similar jug is illustrated on page 70 of ‘The Potteries Museum & Art Galleries slipware collection’, though without the inscription ‘for a good boy’.
