They have been producing Puzzle-Jugs at Donyatt for centuries. Very often these charming naïvely decorated pots were accompanied by a muted or mottled green and buff colour scheme. What sets ours apart from the norm is its striking vibrant yellow and green palette.
This Jug is inscribed with the name W. Hurford and has remained in that family its entire existence and is dated June 2nd 1827. For further details please view my blog.
